I’ve got a deal alert for my engaged belles! Groupon is currently running a deal for up to 71% off flat invitations from Staples. They’re advertising it as being for wedding invitations and save the dates, but really you could purchase invitations for any fancy shmancy event you have coming up!

Attention, people! This is seriously the deal of the year. I love Wedding Paper Divas…they have gorgeous wedding invitation and save the date designs, and compared to many other companies, they’re relatively affordable. Still, costs can add up. That’s why I’m beyond thrilled to share this amazing deal: 30% off everything on their site now through March 10th with code ANNIVEXCLUSIVE. This is so big, y’all. WPD occasionally has 20% off sales, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen 30% off. Run, do not walk, over to the site now and start shopping for all your wedding-related paper goods!

Anyone who has ever planned a wedding knows just how expensive invitations can be. Between letterpress printing and thick, textured card stock, invitation suites can run upwards of $10 per set (or more!). If you invite 100 people to your wedding, that means you’re spending $1,000 on pieces of paper that the majority of guests will send straight into the trash can along with the expensive stamps, ribbons, etc. that came with said pricey paper. No thank you!
Enter Wedding Chicks, one of my favorite resources for brides on a budget. Wedding Chicks makes it possible for couples to have gorgeous invitation suites that DON’T cost an arm and a leg! Simply download one of their many gorgeous templates, print (either yourself, or send to a printer like Staples or Vistaprint), buy envelopes, and you’re done! It doesn’t get much easier than that. Let’s take a look at some of my favorite free Wedding Chicks invitation suites:

Oh goodness, belles, I am head over heels lately for a certain color combination: navy and mint. This preppy, playful combo would be perfect for a couple who is laid-back and likes fresh, clean design. Beautiful navy and mint invitations heading your way….
