Hello Paddlers, viagra
With a fresh coat of snow, unhealthy fall is no longer joking around. However, doctor we will have warmer temps this week. Highs look to be in the mid to low 70s and lows will drop into the 40s. Skies will be mostly clear. Winds will be light throughout the day, topping in the afternoons around 5 mph.
Most of the crew is down in Southern California, test driving new boards and surfing fun little waves. Battle of the Paddle will kick off this weekend. Team Brackett will be competing in a bunch of the races. You can follow along through SUPracer’s live blog starting on Friday. Wish our Tahoe locals good luck!
As you might imagine, things are pretty quiet around the shop. Hours are a little sporadic, but feel free to drop by in the ‘Open’ sign is on. Of course, with reasonable temperatures and few people in town, it’s a very tranquil time to get out on the lake.
There’s a lot of great stuff on the stand-up sites this week. SUP Magazine has a cool piece on two guys who paddled 150-miles across Lake Powell. Standup Paddle Magazine and they recently published the second installment of their ‘Raw Oregon’ feature. Standup Journal has some news about The Standup Movie— what they’re calling the most progressive SUP film ever. But the video I liked the most this week comes from a Facebook user I follow. It doesn’t get much better than paddling with the largest creatures on earth. Enjoy.
